Wheat is a cereal grain, that is originated from the Levant region of the near East. Wheat is seen as source of vegetable protein in human food, it is said to have a higher protein content than other cereals.

BENEFITS.
1. It reduces the risk of heart disease by decreasing cholesterol level, blood pressure and blood coagulation.
2. A diet said to be rich in wheat consumption reduces the risk of cancer amongst people.
3. It lowers bad cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and promotes a healthy heart.
4. It rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B complex, which elevate mood and regulates the functioning of the nervous system.
5. It is known to be beneficial to women, it alleviates premenstrual symptoms and menopausal symptoms.
6. It fights colon cancer, prevents constipation and improves digestion.

SIDE EFFECTS.
1. It is discover that oxalate is in the whole wheat, the high concentration of oxalates in body fluids can cause health problems.
2. It should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator after opening, in other for it not to smell.
3. For the people that are allergic to reaction, it is said that wheat consumption can lead to reaction such as skin rash, hives, itching and eczema. It also causes swelling of lips, tongue, or throat or ling ling sensation in the mouth.
